A straightforward look at ALMA EUROPE: routine account activity based on recent activity

I looked at the complete workflow from opening the account area through routine activity. The overall setup felt practical once I became familiar with the available controls. Communication was reasonably clear, although some updates could have contained more specific information. I appreciated having the important account functions in one place rather than spread across too many screens. Navigation was mostly practical, with a few sections requiring more searching than I expected. The interface was generally readable, and the main controls were not difficult to locate. The service has a workable foundation, although several details could be smoother.
