Review guidelines
At BrokerReview360, we want reviews to be useful, honest, and fair.
These guidelines help create a trusted space where people can share real experiences and companies can respond professionally.
Share a genuine experience.
Write about your own experience with the company. Be specific, relevant, and respectful. Both positive and negative reviews are welcome, and a low rating alone is never a reason for rejection.
How moderation works.
Every review is checked by an administrator before publication to ensure it follows our guidelines.
Company responses
Where a response is submitted by a business and published by our administrator, it represents the company’s position and not the opinion or endorsement of BrokerReview360.
Ratings
A company’s rating is calculated from the average of its approved, published reviews. Pending, rejected, or removed reviews are not included.
